Led a $5M+ enterprise book of business as the primary client and partner contact, driving adoption of digital advertising, SEO, and web service solutions. Actively identified revenue opportunities and supported renewals. Served as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, delivering insights, performance analyses, and recommendations that strengthened retention and expanded account value. Managed budget planning and reporting to support accurate revenue tracking and strategic planning.

  • Developed and delivered client-facing and internal POVs on cookie degradation and solutions. Experienced in guiding clients through pros, cons, and future of leveraging first party (1P) and third party (3P) data privacy in advertising.

  • Strategic partner to client executives and day-to-day contacts, advising on and driving adoption of new digital marketing campaign tactics, technologies, and best practices.

  • Managed relationships with media vendors and tech partners (Google, Hulu, StackAdapt, Inovca) to maximize campaign performance on behalf of clients. Onboarded external vendor partners on client processes, expectations, and constraints.

  • Delivered training sessions and educational workshops for internal teams and external stakeholders on industry standards and technical platforms such as Google Analytics and DSPs.
